Your weekly dose of bike updates: Aprilia RS457, Yezdi Adventure Rally Pro, and more!

It was quite a bleak week for the Indian two-wheeler market as it didn’t witness any new launches. However, there were other interesting developments which kept the excitement going. And just like every Sunday, we bring you a quick round-up of all those interesting bike updates.

Aprilia RS457 deliveries

Aprilia had initially planned to commence deliveries of the RS457 from the beginning of March, however, after speaking with a few dealers we’ve learnt that there is an unexpected delay. The bikes are now expected to reach the showrooms in a few days and considering the time taken to conduct PDIs and RTO formalities, deliveries are expected to begin in April. Test rides for the Aprilia RS 457 will also begin shortly after the bikes hit the showroom floors.

Ducati Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini deliveries

Ducati India delivered the second Streetfighter V4 Lamborghini in India. Out of the three units allotted to India, the first one was delivered in Gurgaon followed by the second’s handover in Mumbai while the third unit is still available for sale in Delhi. The motorcycle costs a whopping Rs. 72 lakh. In total, Ducati will make 630 units of this ultra-exclusive motorcycle with 63 units reserved for special Lamborghini customers.

2024 Triumph Rocket 3 Storm variants launch

Triumph listed the 2024 Rocket 3 Storm R and the Storm GT variants on its India website, after unveiling the bikes internationally. The prices of both bikes have also been listed. While the Storm R is pegged at Rs. 21.99 lakh, the Storm GT sets you back by Rs. 22.59 lakh. Notably, these prices make them nearly Rs. 2 lakh more expensive than their standard counterparts. Now, the official announcement by the brand and the arrival of the bikes at Triumph dealerships should happen soon.

Yezdi Adventure Rally Pro spotted

Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles has developed a range of new motorcycles and the Yezdi Adventure Rally Pro is one of them. According to a social media video, the company has readied a new version of their existing ADV, the Adventure. From the looks of it, this new model, which is touted to be called the Adventure Rally Pro has lost some weight and looks more off-road ready with longer-travel suspension, knobby tyres, and a few other changes.

Yezdi Streetfighter spied

Besides the Adventure Rally Pro, another model called Streetfighter was also spied on at the same event. It seems to have borrowed its entire bodywork and styling from the current Yezdi Scrambler. However, one of the major styling and functional changes on the upcoming Streetfighter is the exhaust setup which is a two-in-one canister on the right side. Now, whether it heads to the production line will be revealed in the next few months.
