Tata Nexon, Nexon EV, Nexon EV discounts in March 2024

Tata Motors is offering attractive discounts and benefits on its entire line-up of EVs this March except for the Punch EV. The offers are mostly on cars manufactured in 2023 to clear unsold stock, but some newer 2024 models of the Nexon EV and Tiago EV are also listed with benefits.

Pre-facelift Tata Nexon EV discounts

Save up to Rs 3.15 lakh

Tata dealers are offering big discounts on unsold 2023 units of the pre-facelift electric SUV. The Nexon EV Prime gets a cash discount of Rs 2.30 lakh along with an exchange bonus of Rs 50,000. The Nexon EV Max, meanwhile, gets even greater cash discount of Rs 2.65 lakh and an exchange bonus of Rs 50,000. This, however, is subject to availability of stocks.

The Nexon EV Prime is powered by a 129hp electric motor and a 30.2kWh battery pack, and has an ARAI-certified range of 312km. Meanwhile, the Nexon EV Max gets a 143hp electric motor with a 40.5kWh battery and has an ARAI-certified range of 437km.

Tata Nexon EV discounts

Save up to Rs 50,000

All variants of the Nexon EV manufactured in 2023 have a green bonus of Rs 50,000 while the 2024 models have a green bonus of Rs 20,000. There are, however, no cash discounts or exchange bonuses on the facelifted model.

The Nexon EV is available in two variants – MR with a 30.2kWh battery and LR with a 40.5kWh battery. The MR has an ARAI-claimed range of 325km, while the LR has a range of 465km. Both versions now get a 7.2kW AC charger as standard, which tops up the batteries from 10 to 100 percent in 4.3 hours for the MR, and 6 hours for the LR. As for outputs, the MR produces 129hp and 215Nm of torque, while the LR produces 145hp and 215Nm.

Tata Taigo EV discounts

Save up to Rs 65,000

MY2023 units of the Tiago EV are listed with benefits of up to Rs 65,000 which includes a green bonus of Rs 50,000 and an exchange offer of Rs 15,000. Meanwhile, newer 2024 model have Rs 25,000 as exchange bonus and Rs 10,000 as exchange offer.

The Tiago EV is available with a Medium Range and Long Range battery option. With a range of 250km on the MIDC cycle, the mid-range variant uses a 19.2kWh battery and produces 61hp and 110Nm of torque. Meanwhile, the long-range variant gets a larger 24kWh battery with a 315km range on the MIDC cycle, and has an output of 74hp and 114Nm.

Tata Tigor EV discounts

Save up to Rs 1.05 lakh

The Tigor EV, a compact sedan sibling to the Tiago EV, gets a total discount of up to Rs 1.05 lakh, which includes a cash discount of Rs 75,000, along with an exchange bonus of Rs 30,000 across all variants. These, however, are only applicable on 2023 manufactured models.

The Tigor EV has an ARAI-claimed range of 315km from a 26kWh battery pack. This battery powers a permanent magnet synchronous electric motor that puts out 75hp and 170Nm of torque.
