As we move ahead, there are several more exciting products, predominantly coupe SUVs from Tata Motors and Mahindra & Mahindra, that will be introduced in India later this year. Hence, in this piece, we will talk about the upcoming coupe SUVs from Tata and Mahindra which will hit the Indian roads soon.

Tata Curvv

Tata Curvv is one of the most anticipated launches happening this year in the country. It will be introduced in both ICE and EV versions. The production-ready Tata Curvv was showcased to the public at the 2024 Bharat Mobility Show, which took place earlier this year in New Delhi. The coupe-SUV has also been spotted multiple times during its runs, revealing a lot of details. Tata Curvv EV is expected to get the same battery pack as Punch EV and Nexon EV while having a range of 450+ km on a single charge. The petrol version is expected to come with a 1.2L turbo engine with multiple gearbox choices. Tata Curvv will be at loggerheads with the Maruti Suzuki Fronx and Toyota Urban Cruiser Taisor in the domestic market while equipped with an array of segment-best features.

    Mahindra XUV.e9

Mahindra & Mahindra, the Mumbai-based automaker, unveiled a host of SUVs in Concept form on August 15, 2022. The XUV.e9 coupe SUV is one of the products unveiled that day. It has been spotted as a test mule a few times on the roads while wearing heavy camouflage. Some of the prominent design elements in Mahindra XUV.e9 will be dual-pod LED headlamps, twin vertically-shaped LED DRLs, 5-spoke aero-design alloy wheels, flush-fitting door handles etc. to name a few. Underpinning the INGLO architecture, the all-electric SUV is believed to be packed with a 80 kWh battery pack which will return a driving range of 450 km on a single charge. Needless to state, the XUV.e9 will carry a host of premium features like panoramic sunroof, three touchscreen systems, and touch-based AC controls.
