Ducati Scrambler cafe racer concept showcased in UK

– Unveiled at London Bike Shed MotoShow

– Features a retro cafe racer styling with a bikini fairing

Ducati has showcased a Scrambler café racer concept based at the London Bike Shed MotoShow 2024. The motorcycle is Ducati’s take on a purpose-built retro racer based on the Scrambler platform.

The concept, named CR241, is a svelte-looking café racer with a retro bikini fairing. It also gets low-set clip-on handlebars for a commanding riding posture, while the inverted bar-end mirrors elevate the visual appeal. The motorcycle also features a rider-only saddle along with a café race cowl for the tail. It also gets a Termignoni exhaust system for a sonorous aural experience.

The Ducati Scramble CR241 concept rides on 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends, wrapped on stickier tyres. Under the bodywork, the motorcycle is propelled by the same 803cc, air-cooled, V-twin Desmodue motor that produces 72bhp and 65.2Nm of peak torque. It comes mated to a six-speed gearbox.

The unveiling comes on the back of the Ducati Monster Senna special edition that was showcased at Imola earlier this month. Whether or not Ducati will consider this model for series production is yet to be known, but we believe Ducati should definitely launch it.
