The KTM 250 Duke is now available with a year-end discount of Rs 20,000. The motorcycle was priced at Rs 2.45 lakh before the discount and will now set you back by Rs 2.25 lakh. These prices are ex-showroom, Delhi. KTM adds that this special offer is valid for a limited time only, until the end of December or till stocks last.
The discount on the KTM 250 Duke should make it more enticing. During our road test, we found the motorcycle to be quite the entertainer for a 250cc. Its peppy performance complemented its agile handling, while its looks resemble those of its bigger displacement sibling, the KTM 390 Duke.
Recently, the bike also received an update in the form of a new TFT screen and a headlight with boomerang-shaped LED DRLs borrowed from the 390 Duke. Powering the KTM 250 Duke is a 248cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor that makes 29.5bhp and 25Nm. It is linked to a six-speed gearbox.
In terms of competition, the bike goes up against the Suzuki Gixxer 250 and the Husqvarna Vitpilen 250.
