Ducati Panigale V4 S: Carbon and Carbon Pro Trims Introduced

– Factory-fitted carbon fibre winglets, wheels, and other parts introduced

– Carbon Pro trim includes Brembo T-Drive discs

The Ducati Panigale V4 S is now available with two trims, Carbon and Carbon Pro. These trims make the bike lighter, more agile, and in the case of the Pro, new brakes as well.

The Panigale V4 S in the Carbon trim gets five-spoke carbon fibre rims, carbon fibre mudguards, and carbon fibre winglets. The rims are close to a kilogram lighter than the forged rims on the standard Panigale V4 S. This reduces inertia and, consequently, the effort required to steer the motorcycle.

With the Carbon Pro trim, the Ducati Panigale V4 S not only gets carbon fibre winglets, mudguards, and rims but also an enhanced front braking system. There are two Brembo T-Drive discs at the front, the kind seen on the Ducati World Superbike race machines. There is a new MCS 19.21 front brake pump as well.

Mechanically, the bike is the same as the regular Panigale V4 S. The bike is powered by a 1,103cc V4 engine. It makes 214bhp at 13,500rpm and 120.9Nm at 11,250rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and gets a bi-directional quickshifter as well.

In other news, Ducati is all set to launch the new Panigale V4 in India tomorrow.
