BGauss D15 electrical scooter launched, priced from Rs 1 lakh | Autocar India

BGauss India has launched the D15 Electrical scooter. The BGauss D15 is obtainable in two variants – D15i and D15Professional. The distinction between the 2 is that the D15i will get a single lithium-ion battery, whereas the latter will get a further valve regulated lead-acid (VRLA) battery.  

BGauss D15: motor and battery

The BGauss D15i variant has a IP67 rated, detachable, 3.2kWh lithium-ion battery pack that takes 5 hours and 30minutes to realize 100 % cost, whereas charging as much as 80 % takes four hours. An optionally available quick charger brings the time taken to completely cost the battery right down to 1 hour and 30 minutes. 

The scooter has an ARAI-certified vary of 115km in a single cost. 

Whereas the BGauss D15 Professional variant has the identical lithium-ion battery because the D15i, with the identical charging instances, it additionally will get a secondary VRLA battery.
