Honda U-go electrical scooter design patented in India | Autocar India

The Honda U-Go is a light-weight city roundabout offered in worldwide markets.

Honda has registered the design patent of a brand new electrical scooter in India. The mentioned design is of the Honda U-Go electrical scooter that is offered overseas. 

Honda U-Go: design and options 

Positioned as an inexpensive city runabout in worldwide markets, the U-Go has a neat and easy design. The entrance apron is essentially flat, with an built-in LED headlight.  The flip indicators are positioned on the black plastic shroud over the handlebar.

Transferring to the aspect panels, they’re neatly built-in, with cutouts to stow the pillion foot-rest for a flush look. The tail part is fairly neat as effectively, with the blacked out portion across the lights being a pleasant contact.

Honda U-Go: Battery and motor

The U-Go is offered in two trims in different markets – one with a 1.2kW motor and a high velocity of 53kph, whereas the decrease variant has a 0.8kW motor and a high velocity of 43km. Each motors are hub mounted. Whereas the highest velocity figures are low, the vary provided by the detachable 1.44kWh battery is an honest 65km. Honda U-Go in India
