Yamaha Aerox MotoGP Version launched at Rs. 1.41 lakh | Autocar India

Aside from a particular MotoGP-inspired paint scheme, this version is equivalent to the common Yamaha Aerox 155.

Yamaha has launched the Aerox MotoGP Version at Rs 1.41 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), which makes it dearer by Rs 2,000 in comparison with the usual mannequin. The Aerox MotoGP Version comes draped in a MotoGP-inspired paint scheme and is mechanically equivalent to the usual Aerox.

Yamaha Aerox MotoGP Version: engine, value and rivals

The Aerox MotoGP Version comes draped within the livery of Yamaha’s MotoGP contender, the YZR-M1. Barring this particular paint scheme and a rise in value by Rs 2,000, the Aerox MotoGP Version is identical as the usual Aerox. 

Powering this particular version Aerox is a 155cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that makes 15hp and 13.9Nm of torque. This maxi-scooter ideas the scales at 126kg with a full 5.5-litres of gas in its tank. Braking duties are dealt with by a 230mm disc on the entrance and a 130mm drum on the rear, mated to single-channel ABS.
