Royal Enfield Bullet 350 launched in Japan

– Prices start from 694,100 yen (approximately Rs. 3.83 lakh)

– Same specifications as the model sold in India

After launching the new Bullet 350 in India last year, Royal Enfield recently launched its oldest-running model in Japan. The prices of the bike start from 694,100 yen (approximately Rs. 3.83 lakh) and it varies depending on the chosen colour option.

The Bullet 350 is essentially the same motorcycle as the new Classic 350, barring certain changes. The former gets a different handlebar, single-piece seat, boxier rear fender, and different colour options. The rest of the motorcycle including the chassis, engine, features, and body panels are the same as the Classic 350.

It is powered by a 349cc, air/oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 20.2bhp and 27Nm and comes mated to a five-speed gearbox. Underpinned by a dual-cradle frame, it rides on a 19-18-inch spoke wheel combination that is suspended by telescopic forks and dual springs. Braking is handled by a disc-drum combination but dual discs with dual-channel ABS are also available as an option. The motorcycle weighs 195kg (kerb) while the seat height stands at 805mm.

The Royal Enfield Bullet 350 competes against the Jawa 350, Benelli Imperiale 400, Yezdi Roadster, and Harley-Davidson X440.
