– iQube gets close to Rs 41,000 benefits
– Extended warranty of Rs 6000 offered at discounted rate of Rs. 1000
– Offer valid till 31 March 2024
TVS has introduced one of their biggest benefits for its iQube electric scooter. This offer, however, is valid only till 31 March 2024.
The iQube electric scooter is now being offered with a total benefits of around Rs. 41,000. According to the flyer that has been rolled out to dealers, it includes a cashback discount of Rs. 6,000, and if a customer buys the iQube using ‘No Cost EMI’, they will get an additional benefit of Rs. 7,500. Usually, customers have to pay an extra Rs. 6,000 for an extended warranty but for this month, it is being offered at a discounted rate of Rs. 1,000.
The FAME II subsidy is set to expire at the end of this month and as of now, there is no information on whether the government will extend the subsidies. Currently, the iQube gets a subsidy of Rs. 22,065, and with all the above-mentioned benefits, this EV is being offered with total benefits of Rs. 40,564.
These iQube offers are not available throughout the country but only in select cities and dealerships. This could be TVS’ stock clearance effort because post 1 April 2024, the prices of the EVs in the country will rise considerably and that could affect the overall sales of electric scooters in the country.
