- Gets two new colours
- Mid-spec models received dual-channel ABS
- Updated prices to be announced soon
TVS Motor Company recently unveiled the updated model of the Ronin in India. For 2025, the motorcycle gets two new colours and dual-channel ABS for the mid-spec variant. The official launch of the bike will take place soon.
TVS has shown the 2025 Ronin in Glacier Silver and Charcoal Ember paint schemes. These colours replace Delta Blue and Stargaze Black and will be sold alongside the rest of the older shades. Moreover, dual-channel ABS will come standard in the mid-spec DS variant which was equipped with single-channel ABS so far. Now, whether this update will bring along a price hike remains to be seen. As of now, the DS trim costs Rs. 1.57 lakh, ex-showroom. The starting price of the Ronin is Rs. 1.35 lakh after the company announced a Rs. 14,000 price cut on its entry-level variant back in September.
With a light kerb weight of 159kg and strong mid-range torque delivery, the Ronin is one of the easiest bikes to ride in the city. Moreover, with 17-inch wheels and Showa suspension, it also feels quite nimble in urban riding conditions. Powering the bike is a 225.9cc, oil-cooled, single-cylinder engine that produces 20.1bhp and 19.93Nm of torque. It boasts a 14-litre fuel tank, LED lighting, a digital console, Bluetooth connectivity, and two riding modes.
