A few months later, the company shared the first glimpse of the all-new fourth-generation Skoda Superb, followed by its global debut in November 2023.

The sedan’s new model was anticipated to be reintroduced as a CBU (completely built unit) in the Indian market. And now, a leaked internal document suggests that the Czech automaker plans to bring in 100 units of the all-new Superb. The 2024 Skoda Superb will be the brand’s flagship sedan, estimated to cost nearly Rs 55 lakh (ex-showroom). An official announcement on the same is expected to be made on 3rd April 2024.

The sedan’s new model lineup is likely to come in a single, fully-loaded L&K variant powered by a 2.0L turbo petrol engine. The motor, which will be paired with a 7-speed DSG automatic gearbox, will deliver power worth 188bhp between 4,200rpm – 6,000rpm and 320Nm of torque between 1,450rpm – 4,200rpm. Buyers might get three exterior color options on offer, namely Water World Green, Rosso Burnello, and Magic Black.

In terms of features, the new Superb L&K variant will have a Columbus infotainment system with wired Smart Link functionality, a digital instrument cluster, three-zone automatic climate control, an 11-speaker Canton audio system, ventilated 12-way electrically adjustable front seats, wireless charging, and a massage function for the driver’s seat. The sedan will also offer some high-tech features such as Electronic Differential Lock, Dynamic Chassis Control, park assist with a 360-degree camera with emergency braking assist, Active tire pressure monitoring system, and nine airbags.

On the exterior, the new 2024 Skoda Superb will feature adaptive auto LED headlamps, LED fog lamps with cornering function, and 17-inch Stratos alloys.
